During development, the deploy process will deploy the relevant parts of the application on to the runtime server and you should be able to preview and run applications without any separate build or packaging requirements. WebMaker applications can be packaged for deployment to test and production servers using the Publish link within the Application Map tab. Using the Publish feature you can deploy to different platforms and server configurations and by default options for publication to Tomcat and WAR files are included. You can define your own publication files for deployments to other platforms. Please see the Project Deployment and Publication section within the XDE User Guide for more details. Application Publication You can monitor applications using the Dashboard. The Dashboard is accessed from the link on the XDE Project screen. From the Dashboard you can track the message flows as well as the Application Configuration. In runtime scenarios the platform is set to static mode and logging is set to fatal level to maximise performance and minimise system resource usage. You can tailor these settings using the Application Configuration tab. On this tab you can use the Configure Morphyc Settings button to alter the platform startup mode and the pooling options. You can also use the Platform Logging Configure button to control the logging to a fine level of detail. Please see the Administration documentation for more details. Application Configuration
