Within the Field Details tab you will notice a section on External Events. Within this section you can select actions based on events that occur within external application scripts. Essentially, WebMaker generates Javascript functions for each external event that is created and these script functions can be called from external application scripts. The generated WebMaker functions call separate script functions that can be created and modified as required. This level of client script integration is controlled using a event_config.xml file within the common collection of the WebMaker repository.
