The aim is to provide wide coverage of topics that are required for the full WebMaker development lifecycle, starting from installation and development, through to deployment and management. You do not have to read the whole document in isolation and you will not need all the information to start developing applications. You can combine this section with the WebMaker Tutorials for a more hands-on experience and reference the relevant sections of this document as you encounter the specific topics depending on the type of application you are building.
Some areas of this document act as introductory material to other parts of the WebMaker documentation and these will be highlighted in the relevant areas. The other main documents you may need to consult for more detailed instructions once you start developing include the FormMaker User Guide, XDE User Guide and the RuleMaker User Guide.
