This section covers the administration of the XGate HTTP SOAP router. Hyfinity® XGate acts as a gateway between software components, such as web services, Hyfinity® XAgents, or Java classes. XGate is shipped with the pre-configured versions of Apache Tomcat in both the runtime platform and XStudio. XGate is used by XStudio and any Web Application developed and deployed with the Hyfinity® Morphyc Architecture. Web Applications All Web Applications developed with the Morphyc Architecture use XGate. XGate allows the application to receive requests from Web clients or partners and to send requests to other Web services.
