We can specify its name and description as needed for each parameter. We also need to specify the type
of the parameter, and which XSD to use if required.
The type of each parameter represents the java class that it will be an instance of. For example, an XML message would have a type of org.w3c.dom.Node
, and a text value might have a type of java.lang.String
.
It ia also possible to link one or more XSD files to each parameter. These can be used to help document the XML structures that should be sent to and received from an action on a node for example.
