If you are unable to find the answer to your question within the documentation, please consult the Hyfinity FAQ available at http://www.hyfinity.net/faq, which provides answers to most common queries. You can also ask new questions if a suitable solution is not available. We aim to answer new questions within 24 hours, but you can always e-mail us at support@hyfinity.com if you require a direct response from our support team.
