6: Troubleshooting
If you have completed the previous sections you should have managed to get a working example application, however you may have encountered some problems.
One of the first things to check is that all the runtime patterns created have been successfully linked together. This can easily be seen by looking at the Runtime Pattern Associations screen, and checking that the required links are shown. These are: Order_Service to Process_Manager, Process_Manager to pxp_WorldTime, and pxp_WorldTime to pxp_WorldTime_Proxy. If any of these links are missing then the service definition has not been set up correctly. Please refer to the previous documentation on adding the appropriate Invoke Service rules to ensure these have been defined correctly.
The Morphyc architecture provides comprehensive logging and tracking facilities which show the flow of information through the system. These can be seen by clicking the appropriate links in the Runtime Links
directory and show the complete flow of documents through the application.
